Sabine graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in May of 2003. Over the past decade she has expanded her education by learning new techniques such as Mayo facial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reflexology, Bowen Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage. She has been fortunate to become a successful practice doing business in Gastonia since 2003 and helping thousands of people along the way.

Clay graduated from Maiden School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy in November of 2016. Before becoming a massage therapist, he was an X-Ray Technician and has worked in Orthopedic, Chiropractic, and other healthcare settings. Prior to that, he was also a member of the 2006 US Olympic Speed Skating Team. His background in athletics and the medical field is what caused him to go into massage therapy. He loves being involved in the process of helping people improve their health through massage therapy. He excels in deep tissue, movement and stretching techniques, deep relaxation techniques, and neuromuscular work, Bowen Therapy and Fascia release technique. “I love being a massage therapist, and take great pride in helping people relax, feel better, and get out of pain.”
